Consultation Terms of Business
By proceeding with a paid consultation, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. No Client-Advisor Relationship
A consultation does not establish a full professional relationship between you and Taxkey.
A separate engagement letter is required to commence a formal advisory relationship.
2. Fees & Payments
All consultation fees are payable in advance. Fees are quoted inclusive of VAT where
applicable. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the

We will treat all information shared during the consultation as confidential, subject to our
legal and professional obligations (e.g. AML reporting duties).
4. Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
In accordance with Irish legislation, we may require identification documents if we consider
it necessary prior to or following the consultation. We reserve the right to cancel a
consultation if AML requirements are not met.
5. Nature of the Consultation
This consultation is not a formal tax engagement. It is a standalone session intended to
provide preliminary guidance based on the information you provide.
Any views or comments shared verbally during the consultation do not constitute formal
written tax advice and should not be acted upon without further confirmation in writing.
6. Limitation of Liability
Taxkey accepts no liability for actions taken or not taken based on verbal comments made
during the consultation. Formal tax advice should always be sought in writing.
